Rustom Kerawalla and VIBGYOR Group of Schools are preparing for the next stage of growth with a clear focus on quality education and strong leadership. The Group recently held its Annual Leadership Meet in Navi Mumbai where principals and senior leaders from across India came together to discuss the future of the school network.
The three day event was themed “Navigating the Next Horizon: Charting the Course to 80+ Schools.” The theme reflected VIBGYOR’s ambition to expand its network while keeping the quality of education at the centre.
Rustom Kerawalla shared his vision for the journey towards 80+ schools. He highlighted that growth should not only be measured by the number of campuses. The experience of students and families remains an important part of the Group’s future plans.
The leadership meet also gave principals an opportunity to share their experiences. School leaders discussed new ideas and changing expectations among students parents and teachers. These discussions focused on creating better learning environments across VIBGYOR campuses.
Several panel discussions were also organised during the event. Topics included the future of schooling parents and communities teachers of the future and the business side of education. These sessions helped leaders understand different aspects of running and growing schools.
The event also included inspiring sessions by Brigadier Baleyada Muthanna Cariappa and Indian Paralympian Deepa Malik. Their stories focused on courage discipline leadership and overcoming challenges.
